What happens if I refuse my delivery?
If a prepaid order is refused at the time of delivery, a deduction applies before the remaining amount is refunded to you.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No — all JIINEVA orders are placed prepaid (fully or partially) at checkout. We don't currently offer Cash on Delivery.

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which uses industry-standard encryption and is PCI DSS compliant.

Not yet — JIINEVA is currently an online-only store. Everything we carry is available to browse and buy right here on the website.
