Shipping Policy

JIINEVA ("JIINEVA", "we", "us", or "our") is the trade name of a sole proprietorship business owned and operated by Pavan Sunilkumar Madrecha ("Proprietor"), operating jiineva.com from 1st Floor, Shop No. 3031, Ahilyabai Holkar Marg, Gajanan Colony, Shivaji Nagar, Govandi, Mumbai 400043, Maharashtra, India.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. Processing time is separate from delivery time — see below.

Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed from the next business day.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are our best expectation based on our courier partners' typical timelines and are not guaranteed — remote or low-serviceability pin codes may take longer.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a shipping charge applies — this is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the exact amount before placing your order.

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All JIINEVA orders are placed prepaid (fully or partially) at checkout through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow its progress to your doorstep.

If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable or the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, our courier partner will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup for a limited time before returning it to us.

If an order is refused at the time of delivery, or is returned to us as undelivered, this is treated as a cancellation after dispatch — see our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for how the refund is calculated.

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier network disruptions, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.
