These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are written to be fair to both sides — they protect JIINEVA's ability to run an honest, sustainable business, and they protect you as a customer. Nothing here is intended to trap you in fine print or make it difficult to get help. If anything in these Terms is unclear, or you have a concern about an order, please reach out to us — we're always happy to talk it through.

JIINEVA ("JIINEVA", "we", "us", or "our") is the trade name of a sole proprietorship business owned and operated by Pavan Sunilkumar Madrecha ("Proprietor"), operating jiineva.com from 1st Floor, Shop No. 3031, Ahilyabai Holkar Marg, Gajanan Colony, Shivaji Nagar, Govandi, Mumbai 400043, Maharashtra, India.

By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Cancellation & Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are as shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice, and to limit the quantity of any product available for purchase.

In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order has been confirmed.

All orders on jiineva.com are prepaid, fully or partially, through Shopify's secure checkout — we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery. Placing an order is an offer to purchase that we may accept or decline at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we decline your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

We try to display our products, including colors, finishes, and dimensions, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or your device's screen settings, and handmade or plated finishes may vary slightly piece to piece. We do not guarantee that every detail shown will be pixel-perfect to the physical product.

All content on this website — including the JIINEVA name and logo, product designs, photography, graphics, and text — is the property of JIINEVA or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise use this content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or copy our content or pricing for commercial use, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the site. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access for any account or activity that violates this.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JIINEVA's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or a purchase made through it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

We are also not responsible for delays or failures in performing our obligations caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, courier or logistics network disruptions, strikes, or government action.

Beyond the return window described in our Cancellation & Returns Policy, we do not currently offer a separate product warranty. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law, which continue to apply regardless of anything stated here.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance redressal process above, any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date whenever we do.
